Exhibitor Information
Companies wishing to register for an exhibitor booth at the PHA Conference 2011 must align with the interests/aims/policies of the Public Health Association. (Examples of exhibits that would not be accepted are tobacco companies, gambling organisations, or fast food outlets).
Registration process
- To register: Download and complete the Exbitibitor Form
- Booth Space Designated: Exhibitors will be on display on the mezzanine floor of the catering area. They will be allocated on a first booking received basis.
- Confirmation and Payment: Full booth payment is required apon confirmation. Exhibition Details

Exhibition Booth Cost
The exhibition booth size is 3m (wide) x .6m (depth) x 2m (high). Booths will include trestle tables, table cloth and chair. Exhibitor booths will receive one Exhibitor Registration with each space purchased. This includes a name badge, morning and afternoon teas and lunches. Exhibitor registration does not entitle the exhibitor to attend conference sessions. To attend sessions, an exhibitor must register as a conference delegate.
Additional Exhibitors
Booth price allows for one exhibitor. If you require an additional person to staff the booth the cost is $100.00 per person. Please contact the organiser if you wish to purchase an additional exhibitor registration.
Additional Equipment
Any additional equipment such as 5amp power supply, booth spotlights and sign requirements can be ordered from the exhibit contractors.
